Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp FruitMe Maqui Berry Powder
- 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup of rolled Oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 Walnut Kurnels
- Vanilla Protein powder of choice
- Ice cube (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add Banana, frozen blueberries, FruitMe Maqui berry Powder, Greek yoghurt, milk, oats, chia seeds, walnuts and protein powder.
- Blend on high for about 20 seconds.
- For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend
