Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp FruitMe Wild Blueberry Powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add frozen blueberries, Blueberry Powder, Greek yoghurt, milk, FruitMe Wild Blueberry Powder, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract
- Blend on high
- For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend
- Enjoy!
